Should you wish to cancel your purchase, you must advise us within 14 days from the date that you receive the goods, please email
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you are then required to return the goods to us within 14 days, to the address provided.
To be eligible for a return, we will require proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when we receive it back.
We are sorry, but no proof of purchase will result in no refund being issued.
Please note some items are exempt from return unless faulty or defective, such as software and any digital downloads.
Exchanges are only an option for items that are faulty or defective.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you with further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund, either approved or rejected.
If you refund is approved, it will be processed in line with statutory law, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment by us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons of which we are not at fault.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an expected and confirmed refund, please first check your account.
Then if the refund is not showing contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and available to you, as there is often some processing time with banks and credit cards before a refund is posted.

Returning Goods - Shipping
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method with shipping insurance.
You, the customer is responsible for all postage costs for returns.
